Mr. Schlafly is an attorney who frequently submits legal briefs to appellate courts. He is a member of the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court and more than a half-dozen other federal and state courts. His law practice focuses on medical, social and economic issues. He has taught more than 125 teenaged homeschoolers, including his daughter. Mr. Schlafly graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. He previously graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, where he received the Engineering Physics Certificate reflecting a concentration in physics. He has worked in engineering at Intel, Johns Hopkins University, and Bell Labs, and has taught as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall Law School.
